The strategy for good email marketing campaign is to
1. Focus and target your customers. Don’t send out mass emails to different segments of the market place.
2. Send the emails regularly
For example if you sell a variety of products, say water bottles and prenatal vitamins, send the email pertains to water bottles to the people who like water bottles and the prenatal updated to those interested in prenatal.
The other strategy is to do it regularly. The most recent data suggested that emails received over night have a higher opening rate than emails received during the day.
You can plan your email campaign one month at a time and adjust after each campaign to make it more and more successful.
